Heat Exchanger Replacement in Qatar.
Techlift have completed the planning and engineering for a second LNG mega train heat exchanger replacement project at Qatargas in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar.
Techlift designed and engineered temporary support structures for the jacking and skidding of the heat exchangers, as well as producing all lift studies and method statements for the project.
Our scheme has enabled the replacement of the heat exchangers to be carried during a planned maintenance shutdown in October this year thus reducing the asset down time.
Techlift personnel will be on site throughout the shutdown period to provide support to Qatargas and their subcontractors.
